About This Service

The Ningo-Prampram District Assembly manages designated cemeteries within the district and oversees the allocation of grave spaces to families for the burial of their deceased. Applications for grave space allocation must be made to the Assembly before interment.

This service ensures the orderly and dignified management of cemeteries within the district. Applicants are advised to apply promptly after obtaining a burial permit to secure an allocated grave space in a timely manner.

Required Documents

Burial permit (from the Assembly)
Deceased's details (name, age, date of death)
Applicant's valid national ID (next of kin or family representative)
Completed grave space application form

Steps to Apply

Visit the Assembly Office

Come to the Ningo-Prampram District Assembly office with the burial permit and the deceased's details.

Submit Details & Application Form

Submit the deceased's details and your applicant ID. Complete the grave space application form provided at the office.

Pay the Grave Space Fee

Pay the applicable grave space fee at the Finance Department and obtain your payment receipt.

Receive Allocation Documentation

Collect your grave space allocation documentation confirming the designated plot for interment.
