About This Service
The Business Operating Permit (BOP) is an annual licence issued by the Ningo-Prampram District Assembly authorising businesses to operate legally within the district. All commercial establishments — including shops, offices, factories, and service providers — are required by law to hold a valid BOP.
The BOP must be renewed every year and prominently displayed at the business premises. Operating without a valid BOP may result in fines or closure of the premises by Assembly enforcement officers.
