Project Overview
The Ningo-Prampram District Assembly is constructing a Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) Compound — specifically a Clinical Services Block — at Someh in the Ningo Traditional Area. The facility will bring essential primary healthcare services to residents in this underserved community.
The CHPS strategy under the Ghana Health Service is the country's approach to extending community-level healthcare to rural and peri-urban populations. By establishing a functional clinical services block at Someh, the Assembly is ensuring that residents have access to maternal health, outpatient, and preventive care services without travelling long distances to larger health facilities.
