Hon. Samuel Nartey George

Hon. Samuel Nartey George, popularly known as Sam George, is the Member of Parliament for the Ningo-Prampram Constituency. Born on 22 January 1985, he has represented this constituency since January 2017 and is currently serving his third term in Parliament.

In February 2025, he was appointed Minister of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations, where he champions Ghana's digital transformation agenda. He was also recognised as Public Sector Digital Leader of the Year at the 2025 Digital Innovation Awards.

As an ex-officio member of the District Assembly, the MP participates in assembly deliberations and serves as a vital link between Ningo-Prampram and the national legislature, advocating for resources, infrastructure, and policy interventions that benefit the constituency.
